As Stage & Tech Manager, Bailee is the behind-the-scenes heartbeat of every production. She keeps tech rehearsals organized, calls cues with precision, coordinates lights, sound, and scene changes, and ensures every performer feels supported and ready to take the stage with confidence. Her calm focus and problem-solving skills keep shows running flawlessly, while her dedication to teamwork creates a steady space where creativity can thrive.

She has a gift for channeling her students’ interests into their developing craft, whether that’s using Legends of Zelda themes to inspire budding pianists, weaving the latest cosplay trends into performance projects, or simply keeping class fresh and exciting.
